Shower head was way too high.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two teenagers! The location was perfect for exploring, and we loved the delightful breakfast options. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the cozy fire pit at night. We even had fun kayaking nearby at the beach.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for families.

the room smelled a little funky,, but the staff were super helpful during our stay. loved the clean bathroom with great lighting for makeup! nice free breakfast, and the beds were comfy too!

The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with accessible features and wide corridors that made it easy for seniors to navigate. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful local artwork displayed in the lobby, adding a lovely touch to the ambiance.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

Modern hotel, clean amenities, great selection for breakfast with fresh fruits and hot items that kept us energized for exploring the nearby attractions.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed kayaking nearby on our trip and appreciated the free breakfast. The high floor corner room had some nice ocean views too. The location is a little bit away from the main area, but it's perfect for relaxing after a long drive.

We would have liked a better beach view, as the options are pretty limited in the area for a quick stay.

Nice Place, but Cold Rooms!

We stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Room. The breakfast had all paper and plastic utensils, which felt a bit cheap tbh. My kids didn’t mind, but I just didn’t love it. Plus, the room was super cold on the first night, and the aircon was loud. On the bright side, the location is great for exploring Santa Cruz!

I loved the spacious rooms and the cozy sitting area—felt like a home away from home! 🌅 Just wish the pool was heated. it could've been more enjoyable for a swim.

The hotel features a lovely breakfast with a variety of options and is very clean. However, the room had a lingering odor that was bothersome. It's in a quiet area close to Nature Bridges, which was great for exploring the coast.

Couple getaway with some quirks

The check-in process was a bit chaotic at first but they eventually found our reservation after some back and forth. Our King Suite was spacious, loved the comfortable bed and the mini fridge was handy for late night snacks.

It wasn't cheap, but the stay was still acceptable, considering the amenities.

The large, clean rooms, ample parking, and quiet location made our stay stress-free. The hot tub was a treat too!

Proximity to Natural Bridges State Park, Clean and modern rooms, Fitness center open 24/7

Thin walls causing disruptive noise from upper floors and adjoining rooms!!! Limited accessibility to the pool and spa facilities left me frustrated with my downtime options!!! Parking spaces are excessively narrow, making it a challenge for larger vehicles!!!
